Terms
Freight Passport is operated by Logixtecs Solutions LLC, a limited liability company organised in the United States.
Last updated 7 August 2026. The product is in active development and not generally available. Access today is by agreement with us; where a signed agreement exists, it governs and these terms are secondary.
Using the public pages
Anyone may read this site, including how to spot a fake Freight Passport email. We publish that page as a public safety reference and you are welcome to circulate it.
Load pages
Some pages are reached through a link in an email about a specific shipment. That link opens one load and grants no account and no session. If you received such a link and it was not meant for you, please do not use it and tell us at phishing@freightpassport.ai.
🔴 What this product does not promise
Freight Passport reports the result of checks. It does not guarantee outcomes, and the distinction is the point of the product rather than a disclaimer bolted on to it:
- We report what a source told us, at the time we asked. An authority status read from the federal register reflects that register at that moment. We show the time of the check for exactly this reason.
- An unchecked field is never presented as a passed check. Where we could not verify something, the product says so in those words.
- We do not verify that a person is who they say they are at a gate. The product gives a dock the information to make that comparison. The comparison is made by a human, and the decision is theirs.
- Nothing here blocks freight from moving. The product records, flags and notifies; it does not authorise or refuse a shipment.
Decisions about releasing cargo remain entirely with the parties to the shipment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for losses arising from those decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access loads that are not yours, probe the service for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or use it to send anything unlawful. Good-faith security research is welcome — write to us first.
